Choose your arrangement, add a complimentary card message on the product page, then go to your cart. There you enter the sender’s and recipient’s name and phone number — both are required so our courier can reach whoever needs to be reached — and continue to checkout.

We accept credit and debit cards, Shop Pay (including pay-in-4 instalments), PayPal and Google Pay. Payment is handled by Shopify’s secure checkout — we never see or store your card details.

Yes. Place your order by 2:00 PM and we hand-deliver the same day across our Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island and Hudson County (NJ) zone. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are delivered the next day.

We hand-deliver to 240 ZIP codes across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and Hudson County, New Jersey. You can check your ZIP code in the “Where we deliver” section at the bottom of any page.

Delivery is calculated at checkout once you enter the recipient’s address, so you see the exact cost before paying. If your address falls outside our hand-delivery zone, call us on (929) 752-4444 before ordering.

Our courier will call the recipient on the phone number given at checkout. If we cannot reach them we contact you to agree the next step — this is exactly why the recipient’s phone number is required when you order.

Call us on (929) 752-4444 as soon as you notice. If the arrangement has not left the atelier we can correct the address at no cost. Once it is out for delivery a re-delivery fee may apply.

It will match in style, palette and size. Flowers are seasonal, so if a specific bloom is unavailable our florist substitutes it for one of equal or higher value — the arrangement is always designed to the same standard.

With fresh water and a cool spot, most of our arrangements stay beautiful for around 5–7 days. Some varieties last longer; very delicate blooms such as peonies and garden roses have a shorter, more dramatic life.

Top up the water daily and change it every two days. Trim 1–2 cm off the stems at an angle every couple of days. Keep the arrangement out of direct sunlight, away from radiators and air conditioning, and away from ripening fruit — it releases a gas that ages flowers quickly.

We buy fresh several times a week from trusted growers and wholesale markets, selecting stem by stem for each arrangement. Nothing is pre-made or held in storage.
